Each class is a unique fusion of ecstatic dance and dance fitness that includes Zouk foundations, bellydance, Doga (yoga dance) and ceremonial dance, and is tailored according to the wishes and experience of the attendees, the astrological energies and location (some are inside various venues and others are in nature).
